You know what you want, but you don’t have time :

• to check out all possible sites, 
• on-site walking down the real estate agencies,
• every time seeing again one property after the other.

OR

You want something very specific to buy or to take over, such as :

• investment properties, B & B, 
• commercial properties; shops, bars, restaurants, hotels, resorts, ….
• estate, luxury yacht, peninsula, private island, …

We search on your behalf, for certain orders even worldwide. On the basis of the assignment a fee will be determined, consisted of an expense allowance and a commission. Provided realization by us, the expense will be deducted from the commission.
